Her name is Bloom and she is a fictional character from the animated series the Winx Club which is very popular in France and Italy. The Winx Club is formed by a group of fairies and Bloom is their unofficial leader as many of the cartoons' stories centre around her. Here are a few coloring pages of this beautiful fairy.
