Revealing her sexy bikini body in Women's Health, Ashley says she works hard to maintain her look, which is anything but waif-ish. "A lot of people like to be super tiny," she says. "I don't want a child's body -- I want a woman's body that is extremely fit."
Her workouts, detailed in the magazine, are intense during filming. When she's between projects she does Pilates and runs three to five times a week. While eating healthy, "I don't do the diet thing anymore," she says. "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it."
